Shifting Season offers apparel and related products designed to communicate messages rooted in faith, belief, and the Word of God.

Some product images may be digital mockups or illustrative representations. Actual products may exhibit minor variations in color, placement, or appearance because of screen settings, printing processes, materials, or manufacturing.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

6. Made-to-Order Products and Fulfillment Partners

Shifting Season may use third-party production, printing, fulfillment, and shipping partners to prepare and deliver products.

This means that some products are made to order after a customer completes a purchase. Production and shipping timelines may therefore differ from those of products kept in a conventional warehouse.

We work with our fulfillment partners to prepare and deliver orders in accordance with the shipping information provided on our website.

Our use of third-party providers does not remove our responsibilities as the store selling the products to you. We will address order issues in accordance with our published policies and applicable law.

7. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, artwork, logo, or other intellectual property to you.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use Shifting Season's intellectual property beyond what is necessary for your personal, lawful use of a purchased product.

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, suggestion, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
